At Players Pro Shop, we work with specialized suppliers to bring you premium golf accessories. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and delivery.

Shipping Regions: We currently ship within North America only (United States and Canada).

Delivery Timeframes

Processing time: 2-5 business days

  • Total delivery time: 7-14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. International orders may take longer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This includes but is not limited to golf gloves and other items that come into direct contact with skin. These items are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return request before receiving return instructions.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging
  4. Receive your refund once the return is processed
